Geht es bei mir jetzt nicht weil ich es mit den downlod Manager gesaugt habe??
Fals ja wie kann ich es ganz normal saugen ohne dass ich den Downlod Managerwecktuhen muss.

Installation Process
Installation of the MekTek Expansion is primarily handled by the MekTek Switcher. The Switcher will auto-update your Mercs installation, backup the PR1 files and varients. It will also allow you to switch between MP1 and PR1 whenever you wish. If any future updates come out from MekTek, the Switcher will allow you to easily update your Mercs installation.
As with any patch or modification to a game or program, it is a good idea to make backups of your files before continuing. After doing so, please follow the following installation procedure:
MekTek Patch Switcher Installation
Installation requires a clean Mercs PR1 install (MW4: Mercs & PR1 Patch). Maps and varients are fine. Game modifications like the HUD patch, ‘Mech Textures and MiniMap Overlays MUST be disabled (not uninstalled, just disable them). Failure to do this will result in the patch process failing. After the installation is complete, you may reapply these modifications with no problems.
Download the MekTek Switcher and place in your MW4: Mercs directory. Run MekTekSwitcher.exe
GoTo: MekTekSwitcher Download
Press "Install" and follow the download/installation procedure.
At the download portion of the installation, you may choose from various mirrors to acquire the pack. If the Downloading updates.ini page holds up, click abort, and choose a different mirror.
Download size is approx. 45 megs.
During the installation, backup files will be made of the PR1 files so that you may switch between the two versions.
Reapply any modifications to the game, like the HUD Patch or MiniMap Overlays.
Launch the Switcher using your desktop/startmenu icon, it will give you the option to launch the classic game or the enhanced game. Preferably use this as your Mercs Launcher, rather than the regular MW4: Mercs shortcut.
Download Manager or Seperate Install Process
If you are on a 56k connection, and need to use a download manager to acquire the patch, your installation procedure will be slightly different.
Installation requires a clean Mercs PR1 install (MW4: Mercs & PR1 Patch). Maps and varients are fine. Game modifications like the HUD patch, ‘Mech Textures and MiniMap Overlays MUST be disabled (not uninstalled, just disable them). Failure to do this will result in the patch process failing. After the installation is complete, you may reapply these modifications with no problems.
Download the MekTek Expansion (MP1) and place in the UpdatesCache directory under your MW4: Mercs directory. Do NOT install at this point!

Q - Are the old variants compatible with the expansion pack ?
A - Yes but can notice problems with ammo in the mechlab for some old weapons: MG, CMG, MRM, SMRM, AC5, RAC5. Workaround: redo the variant or just uninstall and reinstall the weapon on the mech.
Q - Does the switcher keep 2 separate folders for old and new variants ?
A - Yes it does. When the Classic PR1 is selected you will see the following folders:
resourceMercsVariants (Classic PR1 variants)
resourceMercsVariants.MPK (MekPak variants)
When the MekPak is selected you will see the following folders:
resourceMercsVariants (MekPak variants)
resourceMercsVariants.PR1 (Classic PR1 variants)
Q - I have a lot of installed maps, is this a problem with the MekPak or the Switcher ?
A - No, all known maps work perfectly, this include New Battlefields, old PRO maps and all the usual league maps.
Q - Do I have to launch the game with the Switcher? what about the Zone users?
A - No you do not, but we highly recommend that you do so. The normal game icons will launch the latest switched version. Zone users have to select the game with the Switcher then use the normal launch procedure.
