Neues Megadrive-RPG in Planung!
Ein neues Megadrive-Spiel? Kaum zu glauben, aber wahr!
Das 1996 von C&E, Inc. entwickelte und nur in Taiwan veröffentlichte Beggar Prince wurde vom SuperFighter-Team komplett in Englische übersetzt und auf Cartridge gebannt. Das Spiel wird als Sega Genesis - Version (US-Fassung des Sega Megadrive) von OlderGames veröffentlicht und verkauft werden. Einen genauen Release-Termin gibt es leider noch nicht.
Story: In an ancient fantasy kingdom, an eccentric prince tires of palace life, and sneaks out of palace grounds. He trades places with a beggar holding a strong resemblence to him, and disguises himself as a pauper in the outside world. This way, he can enjoy himself to his heart's delight without fear of being recognised by anyone. However, he doesn't realise that this also means that he cannot return to the palace. Hence, he has no other choice than to go through the risks of the outside world. On his journey, he discovers that evil is enveloping his kingdom. Spurred by his sense of duty as the prince, he must bravely face the darkness.
1. Das Spiel wird KEINEN Ländercode haben, d.h. es ist voll funktionsfähig auf einem PAL-Megadrive.
2. Das Spiel wird wie jedes andere Genesis-Game aussehen nur ohne "licensed by Sega Enterprises" - Logo.
3. Der Preis wird vorraussichtlich bei 40-50 Dollar liegen. Wie das ganze beim Import von einer Kleinstserie aussieht, kann erst zum Release (Datum steht noch nicht fest) bekanntgegeben werden - es sollten allerdings einfach mal 50 Euro einkalkuliert werden.
PS: Wem der Preis zu hoch erscheint, sollte beachten das es sich hier um ein 4 MB - Modul mit Batterie-Speicher handelt (4 Speicherplätze).
